Los Gatos Doc was looking to initiate a new patient referral program and needed a landing page to explain the process to its patients and submit referral details. .  The goal of the landing page was to establish  a simple and straight forward user experience that would encourage visitors to submit referral details and genertae new business for the medical practice.
